Rhema Care Integrated Development Centre (RIDEC) is a faith-based, not-for-profit, non-governmental organization based in Port Harcourt with offices in Benue, Cross River and Taraba State.
Rhema Care is currently implementing the Shelter, Infrastructure and CBI Assistance to Cameroonian Refugees Project in partnership with UNHCR targeted at Cameroonian Refugees in Nigeria. Rhema Care hereby calls for quotation from qualified and experienced vendors who can work in Taraba State to bid for the construction of 4classroom block.
