Rhema Care in partnership with Health Alive Foundation implemented the Active Case Finding of Tuberculosis (ACF-TB) project in Bundu-Ama and Marine Base and Amadi-Ama axis of Port Harcourt, Rivers State Nigeria in 2016. The project overall goal is to reduce the spread of TB through House-to-House search of TB, collection and transportation of sputum samples, referrals, contact tracking, linkages and treatment etc. The German Leprosy and Relief Association provided training for Community Health Workers, Health workers and CBO Programme and M&E officers, and Community TB Workers.
